How We Score

Nose
What do we smell before the first sip? Sweet, spicy, smoky, fruity, woody — whatever actually stands out.

Taste
How does it taste once it hits the palate? Flavor, balance, heat, sweetness, spice, and overall enjoyment.

Finish
What happens after the sip? Does the flavor linger? Is it smooth, warm, harsh, short, or something we want to go back to?

Price
Is the bottle worth what it costs? Would we buy it again at that price?
